Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Portuguese, addressing inquiries related to software products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring maximum satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Document interactions in detail and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance on software usage and features.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to advance your knowledge and skills in customer service and software solutions.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a software or technology-related field, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage professionally with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software products will be a plus.
