Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing security controls for compliance, providing remote tech support to a distributed team, configuring school district integrations, and overseeing system administration and monitoring.
Skills: Required skills include 3-5 years of IT support experience, knowledge of FERPA and COPPA compliance, cloud platform expertise (preferably GCP), and proficiency in Windows and macOS systems.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in K-12 education technology or healthcare IT, knowledge of zero-trust security frameworks, and a history of successful security audit preparations.
