Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the company treasury function including hiring, process design, and systems implementation
- Design and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead corporate capital raising activities (debt facilities, credit lines, financing structures)
- Manage daily cash operations, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Optimize intercompany cash flows and ensure efficient use of cash resources
- Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and funding partners and manage covenant compliance
- Oversee the company’s insurance programs and negotiate coverages and terms
- Implement treasury systems and reporting tools to provide transparency into cash and liquidity
- Partner with senior leadership to align treasury strategy with business objectives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA, CFA, or CTP designation strongly preferred
