Role Overview:
As a Head of AI, you will be taking ownership of all AI initiatives across the client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look at a business (ours or a client’s) and instantly see where automation and AI can be applied.
- Be capable of detecting what steps can be automated, can be handled by AI, and what steps should stay manual.
- Build the actual workflows (Make.com / n8n / APIs + light code).
- Show ROI — time saved and efficiency gained.
- Be able to explain solutions in plain English with simple diagrams so non-technical people can understand.
- Have proficient experience with Make.com and n8n
- Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI/Claude): prompt design, structured outputs, and AI agents.
- Knowledge in APIs & light coding (Python or JS) for connectors/webhooks.
- Business process design: spotting bottlenecks and mapping workflows.
- Clear communication: can explain workflows and automation benefits to non-technical staff.
- Having experience been a leader, must own a strategy + implementation.
