- Experience with enrollment, authorization, or administrative care operations
- Ability to work independently in a HIPAA-compliant remote environment
Responsibilities
- Own and execute key operations support initiatives and backend processes
- Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations
- Proactively monitor operational support metrics and report on process performance
- Troubleshoot and monitor project progress for documentation analysts and escalate issues
- Coordinate with health plans to resolve denials and enrollment issues
- Provide backend support for transitions of care and referrals to ensure closed-loop follow-up
- Communicate timely enrollment or status updates to care teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and propose efficiency improvements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
