Deputy Program Manager (DPM) Senior
Amentum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Assists the PM in providing day-to-day leadership across all task areas, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, performance objectives, and quality standards.
- Leads the initial coordination of resources to respond to Project Requests (PRs) and oversees the development of PMP Addendums, supporting strategic decision-making through business process analysis and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversees Regional Liaison Officers and Project Managers.
- Oversees coordination across the Regional Liaison Officers and Task Leads to maintain alignment with operational priorities, project timelines, and Government directives.
- Acts as an alternate to the PM for engagements with Government stakeholders, prime and subcontractor leadership, and internal executive leadership.
- Assists in process enhancement to improve efficiency, workforce development, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
