SEM Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a data driven growth marketer to join our Acquisition team as our Manager or Senior Manager of SEM.  The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing across SEM platforms, including PMax, and Shopping with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns that maximize efficiency and incremental revenue growth.    


This role will own strategy and execution across Google and Bing with the opportunity to expand into emerging channels.  The SEM Manager will design and lead testing agendas to build confidence in channel measurement and partner with our data and analytics team to test creatives, promotions, and landing pages.  They will also collaborate cross functionally with our Creative team to ideate, iterate, and improve copy and creative assets.

What you'd do at Our Place
  • Own strategic management, optimization and reporting for SEM, PMax, Shopping and Display campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Develop strategy and execute testing agendas to maximize campaign efficiency and learnings and to drive scale 
  • Tackle challenges and changes in the ever evolving media landscape to inform measurement approach and define what channel success truly is 


Who you are
  • 3+ years experience in an SEM role at an agency or high growth start up 
  • Experience executing direct response/e-commerce campaigns with a proven ability to successfully achieve high growth revenue and efficiency goals
  • Analytical background with an thorough understanding of the dynamic measurement landscape and a perspective on MMM and MTA measurement for varying social media platforms
