Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate resident nursing care and clinical services
- Perform assessments, develop and update care plans, and document care in the medical record
- Administer medications and treatments according to policy and physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and team members
- Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and families
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and infection control practices
- Communicate effectively with staff during shift handoffs and interdisciplinary meetings
Education
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Ohio RN license
- CPR certification
