Skills
- Active, verifiable Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Proficient with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and standard office tools (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Person-centered, trauma-informed clinical approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and sometimes co-occurring substance use disorders
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings and optional case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations
Education
- Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related clinical field
- Active, verifiable state licensure (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Washington
