Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for Otter’s restaurant management platform.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and operations to launch user-centric features.
- Lead design critiques and cross-functional reviews to iterate solutions effectively.
- Contribute to and evolve Otter’s design system for consistent user interfaces.
- Advocate for user-centered design balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design or related fields.
