We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Architectural Designer who is actively pursuing architectural licensure to join our team.

This is a full-time entry-level position for recent architecture graduates (M. Arch) who are on the path toward licensure. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction documentation who wants to be located in Perham, MN.

Your focus will be on: 

· Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and produce presentation materials.

· Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and construction documents using Revit, and other design software.

· Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods.

· Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration tasks.

To be considered for this position you’ll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

· Master of Architecture, working toward licensure. 

· 0-3+ years’ architectural design experience preferred (should be able to showcase finished/built work). 

· Knowledge of principles and practices of architecture.

· Proficiency in Revit. 

· Proficient in either Lumion or Enscape rendering software.

· Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Passion for design and a clear interest in obtaining architectural licensure.
