Responsibilities
- Support development of structure and processes for the Clinical Outsourcing function
- Create complex RFI and RFP document templates and manage RFP processes
- Negotiate clinical trial agreements (CTAs), site budgets and scopes of work with US and Canadian sites
- Manage contract lifecycle and ensure vendor adherence to contractual terms, change orders and payment schedules
- Perform bid comparison analyses, coordinate bid defenses and lead proposal review meetings
- Oversee vendor performance, escalate and resolve issues with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Partner with Legal to mitigate corporate risk and ensure high quality service delivery within budgets and timelines
- Drive process improvements and implement tools related to outsourcing activities
- Participate in vendor governance activities and cultivate long-term vendor relationships
Education
- BA/BS in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
