Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalated IT support tickets within service timelines.
- Maintain and improve internal cloud IT infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
- Drive automation and security initiatives, including compliance audit support.
- Collaborate with team to cross-train Help Desk personnel on internal systems.
- Own IT tools and applications, ensuring smooth operations and process improvements.
- Identify and implement AI-driven or automation solutions for repetitive workflows.
- Audit and streamline account provisioning and user access processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in cloud administration or IT security are a plus.
