Responsibilities
- Lead and support a distributed team of engineers focused on IAM, including regular 1:1s, career development, and hiring as needed
- Partner with Product to align on backlog priorities, grooming, planning, and delivery predictability
- Shield the team from unproductive interruptions and act as primary engineering stakeholder contact
- Review codebase and architecture to identify technical investment, debt, and resilience improvements
- Establish and improve team processes, definition of done, forecasting, and developer experience
- Apply systems thinking to surface and resolve cross-team and organizational constraints
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and mediation to improve team dynamics and individual growth
- Drive cross-team collaboration and contribute to engineering-wide improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and leadership training
