- Familiarity with Webhooks and API architecture, design, and best practices

- Budget management and cost control experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in startup or healthcare environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, and resources
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and strong communication
- Communicate program status and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize schedule disruptions
- Develop and manage program budgets and monitor expenses to stay within constraints
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards; conduct regular reviews
- Prepare and present progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage change requests to project scope, schedule, and costs with thorough evaluation and documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned
- Perform other duties as assigned related to successful program delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field required
