- Fluent Python programming and software engineering best practices
- Familiarity with ML workflows: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn) and model tracking (MLflow)
- Comfort working with data and infra tools: Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Airflow, AWS
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and researchers
- Experience building testable, modular, and maintainable code
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers and analysts to convert pricing model prototypes into production-grade code
- Own model pipelines end-to-end: training, validation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring
- Contribute to shared ML infrastructure and tooling to support model lifecycle
- Support day-to-day pricing model operations, addressing retraining, data drift, and model decay
- Tackle real-estate-specific ML challenges such as heterogeneous data, seasonality, and sparse regions
- Drive engineering best practices for maintainable, testable, and scalable ML systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical experience in software engineering and ML workflows
