Who You Are

You are a creative force who lives and breathes social media. As a Senior Manager of Social Media & Content Creation you are not only an expert on every major social platform but also push boundaries in a way that makes people stop scrolling. You can captivate and move audiences from B2B executives to consumers. 

You’ll be responsible for building, leading, and executing innovative campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You’ll harness AI tools like V03 and the latest video-editing tech to produce captivating graphics, stories, and videos. Your work will amplify our brand nationally and engage local communities in ways that feel personal, authentic, and viral. 

Role’s Responsibilities 

Content Strategy & Creation 

  • Develop and execute engaging, multi-platform campaigns that drive both brand amplification and hyper-local engagement. 
  • Concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish content — from long-form storytelling to short, high-impact social clips. 
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., V03, generative video/graphic software) to streamline production and enhance creativity. 
  • Maintain a content cadence optimized for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. 

Platform Mastery & Growth 

  • Stay on the pulse of emerging platforms, features, and trends to keep our content ahead of the curve. 
  • Leverage analytics to continually refine content strategy for audience growth and improved KPIs. 
  • Manage both paid and organic strategies to boost campaign performance. 

Audience Engagement 

  • Create content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences, with a deep understanding of tone, style, and messaging nuances. 
  • Build campaigns that leverage consumer-to-consumer advocacy. 
  • Engage with followers to foster loyalty and meaningful brand connections. 

Campaign Development 

  • Ideate campaigns that blend entertainment, education, and inspiration. 
  • Drive initiatives that position the brand as fresh, innovative, and disruptive in the health tech space without feeling like “traditional healthcare marketing.” 
  • Produce creative assets for launches, events, and initiatives with a focus on high visual impact. 

Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in SEO, social analytics, A/B testing, and campaign metrics.
  • Fluent in platform-specific best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Creative thinking and execution skills across digital marketing, content, and video.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to increase in social engagement, reach, and brand recognition and sentiment. 
  • Strong expertise in creating viral and high-performing campaigns that drive B2B leads, B2C awareness, and C2C advocacy. 
  • Ability to develop social presence that positions our brand as innovative, human, and relevant. 
  • Gain recognition for campaigns within industry circles and by target audiences. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—scrappy, agile, results-driven.

Education & Experience

  • 5 – 7 years of marketing experience in social media management and content creation role. 
  • Experience producing social-first video content and basic video editing is required.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful brand amplification campaigns. 
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. 
  • Proficiency in video production and editing, with experience using AI-powered creative tools. 
  • Skilled in graphic design and storytelling that translates across formats. 
  • Proven ability to engage both professional and consumer audiences. 
  • Deep understanding of social cadence, algorithm dynamics, and trend spotting. 
  • Creative thinker who can translate complex ideas into entertaining, shareable content. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Monday CRM, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Bonus: Experience in health tech, innovation, or purpose-driven companies.

OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.

The base salary range for this role is up to $140,000.00 plus bonus, commensurate with the candidate's experience.
