Responsibilities
- Own the full demand planning lifecycle, producing consolidated demand plans for budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts
- Analyze historical sales, market trends and internal drivers to develop and refine statistical forecast models
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Merchandising and Finance to reconcile variances and establish consensus plans
- Partner with Global Supply and Demand Planning teams to develop inventory and replenishment strategies for launches, live items and phase-outs
- Communicate customer action plans, inventory days and liquidation strategies with Sales & Operations and Supply Planning
- Identify root causes and deliver autonomous solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Build strong cross-functional networks to drive knowledge exchange and project success
- Prioritize work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous growth environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus but not required
