Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end distribution and logistics strategy for the Americas region
- Oversee regional distribution centers, cross-dock operations and transportation networks
- Manage P&L, budgeting, cost-to-serve targets and continuous improvement programs
- Lead carrier procurement and negotiations, including SLAs and KPI governance
- Partner with supply chain planning, procurement, customs and operations to ensure on-time delivery
- Implement and optimize WMS/TMS processes and digital supply chain tools
- Build, mentor and scale cross-functional logistics teams across countries
- Ensure regulatory compliance, import/export controls and safety standards
- Drive metrics, reporting and executive-level communications on performance and risks
- Lead transformation projects (network redesign, automation, cost reduction)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred
- Relevant logistics or operations certifications helpful (e.g., CSCMP, APICS, Six Sigma)
