Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go
- Build and maintain frontend features using TypeScript and React
- Collaborate with product, design, and customers to define requirements
- Introduce abstractions and systems to improve team velocity and code quality
- Set and enforce engineering standards and best practices
- Mentor and provide timely, constructive feedback to teammates
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability
- Participate in architecture and roadmap discussions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- CS degree from a top school or equivalent professional experience at a reputable startup
