The Product Manager - Enterprise Data Products Opportunity
Okta is seeking a Data Product Manager – Data Analytics & Intelligence Applications to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our customer intelligence application, data marketplace, business intelligence tools, and transformative AI capabilities. Reporting to the Sr Director of Business Analytics, this role is responsible for shaping the roadmap, defining requirements across multiple personas, designing intuitive workflows, and ensuring that our data platform enables impactful and scalable intelligence across the company.
This role requires a product leader who can balance today’s needs with building for the future. You will partner across data engineering, design, analytics, go-to-market teams, and operations to ensure that the right personas have the right flows, tools, and experiences to self-serve effectively. You will also be responsible for defining marketplace strategy, improving BI adoption, and creating intelligence products that deliver measurable value.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and Execute the Analytics & Intelligence Product Roadmap
- Own the strategic roadmap for customer intelligence, the data marketplace, BI applications, and transformational AI use cases.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and prioritize delivery based on impact.
- Manage the implementation and rollout plan for new data platform capabilities and data products.
- Design for Personas & Flows
- Build and optimize end-to-end flows for supported personas to ensure their experiences are intuitive and effective.
- Deliver tooling that empowers business and technical users to self-serve on the data platform.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current state processes and gaps to formulate future state optimization and stakeholder experience.
- Drive Data Marketplace, Customer Intelligence & Analytics Product Enablement
- Lead the vision for a scalable data marketplace, ensuring data assets are discoverable, secure, and easy to consume.
- Enhance BI tools and applications to deliver trusted, actionable insights across the organization.
- Manage and nurture new AI capabilities focused on specific use cases and personas.
- Partner Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with data engineering, design, analytics, and security to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Work with GTM and operations teams to prioritize use cases, gather feedback, and enable adoption.
- Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Lay the Foundation for Future Growth
- Balance short-term usability with long-term vision for intelligence applications.
- Plan and execute towards a future-proof data experience that scales with Okta’s growth.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on data analytics, data engineering platforms, BI, or intelligence applications.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps and align execution with business goals.
- Persona-Centric Design: Strong ability to understand user personas and design intuitive workflows and tools tailored to their needs.
- Analytics & BI Expertise: Familiarity with BI platforms, data marketplaces, and customer intelligence use cases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of partnering with engineering, analytics, and business leaders to deliver high-impact products.
- Balance of Today vs. Tomorrow: Ability to deliver immediate value while building scalable foundations for future innovation.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
