Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day FP&A operations and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
- Drive annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ongoing forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Perform variance, trend, and performance metric analyses and present actionable insights to senior leadership
- Serve as financial business partner to operations, marketing, partnerships, and other departments
- Prepare investor and lender reporting and support M&A analysis when needed
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI opportunities in planning and reporting
- Review and approve headcount requests and collaborate with functional leaders on budget accountability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
