Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy via live video to adult clients using short-term, evidence-based modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress in the electronic record
- Apply evidence-informed therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, PE) tailored to client needs
- Use feedback-informed care and standardized outcome measures to guide treatment
- Maintain therapeutic alliance and provide culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and participate in clinical consultations
- Ensure compliance with licensing board regulations and organizational policies
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program
- Current active license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) in Connecticut
- In good standing with the relevant licensing board
