- At least 4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation required.
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery.
- Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in Georgia.
