- Exciting to work in a field that is pushing boundaries and constantly challenging the status-quo in order to drive innovation - Complete autonomy to drive projects - Full flexibility on how to structure each day as long as you deliver, no micromanagement - Positive company culture, employees believe in and love the product - Good compensation compared to peers - Opportunity to travel abroad (if COVID permits)Cons
