This role partners closely with NVIDIA’s company-wide security organization, and DGX Cloud engineering to define, implement, and operationalize security controls across compute, storage, and networking systems.
As the leader of this team, you’ll set strategy, drive execution, and be accountable for the adoption of security practices across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll balance technical depth with strong cross-functional leadership, ensuring NVIDIA’s infrastructure supports rapid AI innovation while maintaining world-class security and compliance standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure security engineers.
Partner with NVIDIA’s central security organization to define the roadmap for security controls in DGX Cloud environments.
Drive risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation strategies across compute, storage, and networking domains.
Ensure consistent implementation of security policies and standards across cloud providers and NVIDIA data centers.
Lead all aspects of deployment and lifecycle management of core infrastructure security technologies.
Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure security posture and compliance across DGX Cloud.
Represent the DGX Cloud security function in executive and cross-org reviews, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance needs.
Promote a culture of security-first engineering, with automation and “security by design” integrated into workflows.
What We Need To See:
10+ overall years in infrastructure security engineering, with at least 5 years in people management.
Proven track record building and leading teams that secure large-scale, distributed, or multi-cloud environments.
Strong technical foundation in infrastructure security, e.g.: IAM, EDR/XDR, CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, incident response, and zero trust principles.
Ability to partner effectively across organizational boundaries, e.g..: security, cloud engineering, infrastructure, compliance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both engineers and executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience leading security engineering for AI, or HPC infrastructure.
Deep expertise in CSP-native security controls and multi-cloud governance.
Background in compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP, etc.) and mapping them to infrastructure controls. Strong record of open-source security contributions.
