What you'll be doing:
Lead planning for NVIDIA’s new chip and product bring up efforts from pre-silicon through production.
Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.
Develop methodologies, processes, and workflows for post si characterization and validation of new architecture and product features.
Build test and debug infrastructure , test equipment and automation methods to meet world class product quality efficiently.
Incorporate learnings from bring-up execution and post-action reviews to refine processes and boost execution efficiency.
Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics planning for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules
What we need to see:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Over 10 years of overall experience in areas such as silicon bring up, validation , qualification, system architecture, with a significant track record in leadership and team development.
At least 5 years of experience in a management position coordinating global, multi-functional teams throughout pre-silicon and post-silicon phases.
Deep technical expertise in digital design, system integration, post si validation , characterization and production ramp.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
