What you'll be doing:
Lead the strategy development for our ATE and SLT test processes' equipment and hardware.
Develop and implement test sockets and thermal gear for next-generation ICs.
Guarantee that production sockets meet all criteria for accommodating large packages, high bandwidth interfaces, and flexibility.
Collaborate with supplier partners, test and product engineering teams, circuit design and signal integrity experts.
Perform detailed analysis and risk assessment prior to product arrival to guarantee seamless testing.
Review and conceptualize continual improvements for existing and planned socket and thermal gear.
Ensure products can be tested for signal bandwidth and various temperature ranges, achieving high-quality levels.
What we need to see:
Acknowledged innovator in the IC sector with a PhD or similar qualification in Electrical Engineering/Materials Science.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years of experience in the IC test sector, specifically focusing on high-volume manufacturing positions.
Strong record of technical publications and presentations at leading conferences.
Proven track record of crafting and implementing high-volume test hardware solutions.
Expertise in contactor development and thermal testing.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 216,000 USD - 345,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
