Role Summary:
The Head of Planning will lead Noble People’s planning discipline, ensuring our media recommendations are strategic, rigorous, and commercially effective. You will guide how audience strategy, channel allocation, and plan execution are delivered across clients, setting the gold standard for planning at scale. Central to the role is the ability to bring plans to life for senior stakeholders - framing recommendations not just as data points, but as persuasive, business-driven stories.
You will oversee a team of 25+ planners, embedding systems, tools, and templates that elevate quality and consistency. You will mentor planning leads, create best practices that can scale, and collaborate with strategy partners to ensure all plans connect directly to business objectives. You will also play a visible role in client conversations and new business efforts, ensuring planning output is both innovative and accountable.
