Channel Marketing Manager

NMI is a payments platform enabling partners to deliver modern, flexible payment experiences across commerce. We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager focused on ISVs to build and scale partner marketing programs that accelerate adoption of NMI’s payment solutions within software platforms, combining strategic planning, partner enablement, and hands-on campaign execution.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of ISV ecosystem and software-driven GTM motions
  • Proven partner/channel marketing and enablement experience
  • Campaign planning and execution across digital, events, and content
  • MDF budgeting, tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Data-driven mindset and performance measurement
  • Strong storytelling and written communication for technical and business audiences
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working in B2B/SaaS or fintech environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted ISV partner marketing programs to drive adoption, activation, and long-term engagement.
  • Build onboarding and enablement journeys, including toolkits, messaging guides, and GTM assets tailored to ISVs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support ISV lifecycle growth: awareness, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Plan and manage scalable co-marketing campaigns: webinars, joint content, events, digital programs, and in-platform promotions.
  • Create Campaign-in-a-Box kits to enable rapid co-branded or white-label campaign launches for ISVs.
  • Develop product launch support materials to help ISVs introduce new payment capabilities to their customers.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partner Success to align messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Own MDF processes for ISV partners, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, and revenue impact; recommend optimizations.
  • Monitor ISV market trends and competitive programs to inform channel messaging and strategy.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
