Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate AI product-related projects through regular status meetings, communications, and progress monitoring
- Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, expectations and risks with business stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers and status reporting
- Produce process documentation including training materials, knowledge articles and rollout plans
- Act as primary point of contact for product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams
- Support product teams on new product introductions, pricing, end-of-life strategy and migrations
- Identify process improvements to enhance product rollout and adoption
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
