Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a talented Supplier Quality Analyst 2 to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ to support the Aircraft Solutions Group.

The selected candidate will perform the following:

• Perform inspection activities including but not limited to Receiving Inspection, Source Inspection, Virtual/Desktop Inspection, and supplier audits using calibrated tooling, drawings, specifications and engineering data to determine acceptability of products to contract and Northrop Grumman requirements.
• Review proposals and contracts for Quality and Supplier Quality related requirements.
• Review, Input and assign Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements in S4 Baseline Quality Requirements Planning System.
• Review the PO/PR content including the Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements on the PO. Should there be any discrepancies, resolves with Global Supply Chain (GSC) or buyers.
• Evaluate the need for, issue, and review Supplier Corrective Action Request to external suppliers for deficiencies delivered.
• Interacts with internal and external customers on issues requiring coordination between organizations in a professional manner.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written), and organizational skills. Must work well in a team setting.  
• Attention to details and works with an appropriate sense of urgency.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience OR 6 or more years of relevant engineering, manufacturing, production control, global supply chain, and/or quality experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of general contracting principles in a Department of Defense and commercial environment.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100 audits and principles.
• Experience using S4 ERP system.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers and height gauges.

Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
