Skills
- 3+ years in Product Management at an enterprise-level Lead Generation or eCommerce organization
- Experience creating and/or scaling web applications
- Strong understanding of how UX ties to company KPIs and decision making
- Business analysis and user research experience (fact-finding interviews, synthesizing insights)
- History of solving business problems with technology, tools, and systems
- Collaborative, cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company strategy and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX research and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features
- Conduct business analysis and fact-finding interviews to surface product opportunities
- Define and drive KPIs that contribute to company growth and scalability
- Iterate on product features based on data, user feedback, and stakeholder input
- Establish rapport with leadership and stakeholders via regular remote communication
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an enterprise environment
