- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Ability to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have skills
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Background in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI solutions
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designers
- Experience with API integrations and basic technical knowledge (REST, JSON, SQL)
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling notations
- Experience in pre-sales or discovery phases
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions
- Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and answering domain-related questions
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
- Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support UAT activities
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to requirements and proactively propose improvements
- Ensure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible for all project stakeholders
