Location Notice: This is a remote position.
Duration: Work is estimated to last 3 to 6 months but may go longer. .
Responsibilities:
- Design electrical distribution and control systems for auxiliary support: I&C power systems, emergency power backup (battery, diesel), lighting, communications.
- Develop detailed electrical schematics and load analysis.
- Ensure robust grounding, redundancy, and compliance with nuclear-grade electrical standards.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical disciplines for integration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years designing electrical systems for nuclear or critical infrastructure.
- Experience with power distribution, UPS, emergency power, and I&C systems.
- Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, and nuclear-grade electrical design standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer
