The Role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sr Director, Product to lead and scale the vision of our product experience strategy and mobile application. This is a critical moment in Nanit’s journey as we expand from insights on child sleep into a broader set of developmental milestones and tools for parents to maximize their child's outcomes. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our app and bringing our vision to life for users in an engaging way. The ideal candidate will also be a critical stakeholder in aligning product innovation with customer and market needs, ensuring seamless coordination between our internationally based product team and internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success and insights, and executive leadership. The right candidate will bring experience building beloved consumer products and a passion for disrupting the parenting experience.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week
Salary Range: $220K - $250K base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
