Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipelines and dashboard tools like Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data modeling, prototyping, and automation.
- Experience with AI prototyping tools including LLMs, GPT-based summarization, anomaly detection.
- Ability to understand operational metrics related to Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, or Ad Operations.
- Experience in metric standardization, KPI frameworks, and experimentation in operational settings.
- Strong cross-functional communication and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of reporting and metrics infrastructure for Global Operations.
- Design and scale measurement frameworks to identify operational trends and drivers.
- Apply AI and automation tools like LLMs and anomaly detection to reduce manual workflows.
- Prototype and implement automation use cases that increase efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
- Define and implement core operational metrics to measure efficiency and service quality.
- Partner with operations and product teams to identify measurement needs and implement tracking.
- Standardize dashboards and metrics using Looker to ensure consistent, self-serve data access.
- Perform root cause analysis and opportunity sizing for process and investment improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
