Department Overview

The 10-21 Team at Motorola Solutions, develop tools designed to help law enforcement officers make follow-up calls after incidents while protecting their privacy. Our applications allow users to make calls using a local virtual number instead of their personal number, improving answer rates as calls from unblocked local numbers are more likely to be answered. Additionally, call details are stored in the cloud to safeguard personal information, providing documentation of smartphone interactions to protect officers in case of disputes.

Job Description

This is your moment: Our elite, paid intern program is designed with you in mind – because the next big idea can come from anyone at any time. You need to be a full-time student, enrolled in a post-secondary degree & will return to school after our 12 week program. Interns start each May.

Requirements:

• Working towards Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline

• Working proficiency in TypeScript, MySQL, Javascript (React, jQuery), and object-oriented design skills

• Working knowledge of application architecture and design patterns

Basic Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field and graduating December 1st, 2026 or later
Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for Masters-level students).
