We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Lead Developer to architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices. You will manage integrations with external systems, optimize existing processes, and stay current with Salesforce innovations. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange products.
• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews and refactoring to maintain system health.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements to optimize solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Application Architect.
