Join the Montefiore School Health Program as an LPN with an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS), supporting student health in a dynamic school-based setting. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and urgent clinical needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness in underserved communities. Ideal for compassionate, adaptable nurses committed to pediatric and adolescent care. Responsibilities: • Provides direct care for a specific patient population • Administers medications and treatments • Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions • Must complete fingerprinting for Department of Education and Justice Center Security Clearance Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00a-3:30p *Alternate Work Schedule works September-June while school is in session. Therefore, they will be compensated accordingly. Probationary period is three (3) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.
