Key Responsibilities
- Manage migration from Google Sheets to in-house software
- Manage CRM
- Manage Quickbooks
- Call senior facilities
- Create fliers
- Create and manage newsletters in Mailchimp
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Platforms:
- Google WorkSpace
- Senior Place
- Mailchimp
- Canva
- Experience with a senior facility and / or skilled nursing (a plus)
- Experience in newsletters / creative (a plus)
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Intuitively organized
- Very professional
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- 10 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone (availability to work PST hours)
