- Proficient SQL query skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Prior experience supporting commodity trading systems, ideally with Endur/OpenLink.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented data analytical capability and interest in financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Support Macro PnL and position-keeping systems, including implementation and maintenance of commodity trading applications (e.g., OpenLink/Endur).
- Monitor system stability and performance; troubleshoot system and data issues to ensure smooth operation of trading and post-trade workflows.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and system access changes; respond promptly to user inquiries and support needs.
- Configure account rollups and instrument setups to produce accurate analytics supporting commodity trading workflows.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve system processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to resolve issues and coordinate high-impact changes with clear communication and root cause analysis.
- Develop quantitative understanding of reference, market, and model data, PnL calculations, risk exposures, and portfolio analytics.
Education
- Training or degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field
