About the Role

Our client is a high-growth AI company engineering the future of work by integrating artificial intelligence into enterprise operations. Their core technology powers a suite of AI-native applications, including an AI-native analytics platform and an artificial employee designed for collaborative enterprise workflows.

They are seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain the robust infrastructure and core services that form the foundation of their AI platforms. This role is at the forefront of AI and enterprise software, requiring exceptional technical expertise to ensure high performance, scalability, and security for sensitive enterprise data.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core infrastructure and services that form the backbone of the AI platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and optimize underlying systems that enable seamless integration of AI models into the platform, supporting Product Engineers.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for efficient data processing, analysis, and AI model operations.
• Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, including optimized embeddings and indexing.
• Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance to protect sensitive enterprise data.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to create efficient frameworks for AI model deployment and management.
• Continuously improve development and deployment processes, focusing on automation, monitoring, and observability.
• Deploy on customer networks, including specialized environments like AWS GovCloud, ensuring secure and compliant installations.
• Work with Product Engineers to provide necessary building blocks for creating exceptional AI-native user experiences.

• 5+ years of experience building platforms that support AI/ML model deployment and management in production environments.
• Strong background in building and scaling robust, highly available systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for this specific role.

• Salary: $200K - $275K
• Equity: Competitive
