Salary: $130,000-$160,000
🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Program Manager to lead and oversee complex information technology initiatives. The selected candidate will serve as the primary interface with customers, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining compliance with information assurance standards. This position demands strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
📌 Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years managing teams in information technology
- At least five (5) years of that experience must be in information assurance
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or a related STEM field from an accredited college or university
- Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Clearance:
- Favorably adjudicated Tier 3 clearance by the Vetting Risk Operations Center (VROC)
- Other Requirements:
- One (1) resume required for proposal submission
- Letter of Intent required
🛠️ Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and management of comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Participate in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Assist with defining and managing project scope, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and objectives
- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project deliverables against established governmental standards
- Adhere to the implementation of change management strategies provided by the government to address adjustments in project scope or requirements
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks, working to find timely and effective solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies
