Role Summary 

Mistral AI is seeking an exceptional Technical Partner Enablement Lead to drive technical education and enablement for all partners in our growing ecosystems of strategic technology partners and systems integrators globally. In this highly technical role, you will create and deliver technical content and training that empowers partners to build cutting-edge solutions with Mistral AI. Working closely with others on our partnerships team, you will serve as a technical expert who can engage deeply with partner engineering teams, solutions architects, and technical leaders.


Your mission will be to develop and create compelling content that showcases Mistral AI’s advanced capabilities to our partners technical personnel. This content will be delivered by yourself and a team of peer partner solution architects. You will also work to deliver partner hackathons, partner technical podcasts, and hands-on workshops where you will showcase Mistral AI’s advanced capabilities and help technical audiences push the boundaries of what's possible with our frontier AI models and products. Your work will directly influence how partners build with and teach others about Mistral AI.


What you will do

• Create and deliver workshops and presentations at major technical conferences around the world

• Develop and present technical content for developer podcasts and video series

• Create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations

• Design and deliver sophisticated technical training programs for partner engineering teamsHelp develop and deliver technical hackathons, partner technical workshops, and hands-on sessions.

• Develop detailed technical tutorials and documentation focused on advanced implementations

• Travel 20-30% of the time for conferences, hackathons, and partner events


Who you are

• Have 5+ years of technical experience, with significant time spent in working with AI systems, LLM’s and other related ecosystem components. 

• Are an experienced presenter or speaker  with a track record of delivering enablement sessions

• Have worked with systems integrators or technology companies ecosystems extensively

• Can create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementationsHave strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations

• Are skilled at leading hands-on technical sessions and workshops

• Have led successful technical hackathons and workshopsHave created and hosted technical podcasts or video content

• Have experience creating high-quality technical content across multiple formatsHave proven success driving partner technical engagement and technical adoption
