Miller Transportation Group is a mid-size, rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry that has been family-owned since 1912. The company's several business units operate as follows: 

  • Miller Dealerships - Provides car and light truck solutions across the Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru brands.
  • Miller Truck Leasing - Provides full-service leasing, finance leasing, truck rental, and truck maintenance programs.  Miller Truck Leasing is the largest privately-held truck leasing company on the East Coast.    
  • Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.     
  • Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.  

Miller Transportation Group is looking for a Lease Account Manager to support our growing company in the Vineland, NJ and surrounding territory. This position is an addition to our sales team and will require a combination of outside sales and account management techniques. Ideal applicants will have commercial truck leasing experience and the ability to work independently.

You Will:

  • Sell commercial truck leasing services to businesses in accordance with established company guidelines
  • Responsible to follow the company's merchandising plan in developing the leasing customer base on both an aggregate and branch basis
  • Act as a liaison between internal customers such as the maintenance department, rental sales representatives, and administration
  • Knowledgeable of trucks, truck equipment, and trucking regulations

You Have:

  • Prior business development experience in Commercial Truck Leasing and/or Commercial Truck Rental Required
  • Outside sales experience and see yourself as a Hunter who can also build strong relationships with current customers
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within your territory
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Associate's Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and ability to manage a territory

You May Also Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations

  • Competitive compensation consisting of base salary of $60,000-70,000 plus commissions with OTE of $150,000 (+)
