Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of scalable e-commerce platform technologies.
- Own product vision for customer account systems including authentication and personalization.
- Act as primary liaison between technology teams and key internal stakeholders across departments.
- Develop integration strategies for seamless data flow between customer-facing and backend systems.
- Design architecture for complex product bundling, dynamic pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Champion platform improvements reducing technical debt and enhancing conversion and retention.
- Create and maintain platform roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
