- Experience with or strong desire to learn Haskell
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases

- Version control with Git and collaborative development workflow
- Clear written and verbal communication of technical decisions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data analysts to spec and build features that attract and retain customers
- Implement backend endpoints serving mobile and web clients (search, transfers, account actions)
- Build admin tools to improve support efficiency (fraud identification, account management)
- Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., check sending, SWIFT validation)
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality
- Work closely with mentors and cross-functional teams to design and iterate on features
Education
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate academic program (required)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
