Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Provide group and one-on-one tutoring sessions to support student understanding of course material
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Assist students in developing effective study strategies and time management skills
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding scheduling, student progress, and updates
- Adhere to the agreed-upon tutoring schedule and notify supervisor promptly of any changes
- Performs other related duties as assigned
