Berklee is seeking a dynamic, student-centered professional to join the Office of New Student and Family Programs as the Assistant Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, creative environment and is passionate about helping students and their families navigate the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) transition into college life.
Reporting to the Associate Director of New Student and Family Programs, the Assistant Director plays a key role in shaping the student and family experience at Berklee—from Orientation to Family Weekend and everything in between. This person will collaborate across campus to plan, coordinate, and implement programming that supports new students’ academic success, leadership development, and sense of belonging. They will also help build meaningful engagement opportunities for families, keeping them informed, connected, and confident in their students’ journey.

Hiring Range: $59,000 to $69,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
